Ocean Thrills is proudly owned and operated by a Cook Islander raised in Beautiful Rarotonga, with the ocean as his playground from childhood. After spending some time living abroad from the island, he has returned home to reconnect with his roots and share the lifestyle he grew up loving.
At Ocean Thrills, visitors are invited to experience the lagoon the local way — through exciting water sports and guided diving adventures set against the crystal-clear waters of Rarotonga.

Raised on the Beautiful shores of Rarotonga, this proud Cook Islander grew up in the ocean — swimming, diving, and living life barefoot and salt-soaked. Like many islanders, adult life took him away from home, where he spent years building experience, skills, and a deeper appreciation for where he came from. Now, he has returned to his roots, answering the call of the ocean that raised him.
Back on the island, he shares his passion for the ocean through water sports and guided diving experiences, introducing visitors to the beauty, culture, and mana of Rarotonga’s waters. For him, this isn’t just a business — it’s a return to the life he loved as a child. Every day is about reconnecting with the land and sea, living simply, and doing what he truly enjoys: being in the water, sharing island knowledge, and helping others experience the magic of the Cook Islands the way it was meant to be experienced.
